The Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report (Form FHLMC 465 or FNMA 1073) skill extracts data from Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal (Form FHLMC 465 or FNMA 1073) reports, which are documents used to provide information about one-unit properties in condominium projects and their estimated value. These documents are also required for mortgage loan applications and contain the following information: information about the property and its surrounding area, real estate market data, technical data, property photos, property blueprints, etc. The Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report (Form FHLMC 465 or FNMA 1073) skill is a preview skill. It has been trained on a limited set of documents and is designed to help you quickly get started with processing appraisals. For production use, you may need to uptrain the skill with your own document samples.  This skill recognizes handwritten text. The option is enabled by default. If you do not import handwritten forms, disable the Handwritten option in the skill settings.
