The Deed of Trust skill extracts data from deeds of trust. A deed of trust is an official legal document that serves as a means of securing a real estate transaction. Essentially, it establishes that a specified third party holds the legal title to the property until the borrower fulfills the loan’s terms and completely repays it. Deeds of trust are officially recorded in public records, similar to the recording process for mortgages. The Deed of Trust skill is a preview skill. It has been trained on a limited set of documents and is designed to help you quickly get started with processing deeds of trust. For production use, you may need to uptrain the skill with your own document samples.  The Deed of Trust skill recognizes handwritten text. This option is enabled by default. If you do not import handwritten forms, disable the Handwritten option in the skill settings.
