Qty, you can detect it with a Static Text element. Set the maximum error percentage to 35. This allows one wrong character in a three-letter word.

Create the Static Text element
In the TableHeader element, create an element of type Static Text and name it kwQuantity.

Configure the search text
Click the Static Text tab. In the Search text field, enter the text to find:
Qty. Set Max error percentage to 35.3
Add the search constraint
Click the Advanced tab. The Quantity column name appears to the right of the leftmost third of the image, so set this additional search constraint in the Advanced pre-search relations field: look for the object to the right of the leftmost third of the page. In the FlexiLayout language:

Verify the match
Match the FlexiLayout with the test images and confirm that FlexiLayout Studio detects the element on every image.
