Analysis of the test images shows that you can use the string DeliveryAddress as the keyword for the Delivery Address field name. Set the maximum error percentage to 20 percent, which for a 15-letter string allows no more than 3 errors in the whole string. Letter case does not affect the search; it only makes the text more readable. Determine the maximum number of errors by trial and error. Create the kwDeliveryAddress element

Create the Static Text element

In the InvoiceHeader element, create an element of type Static Text and name it kwDeliveryAddress.

Set the search text

Click the Static Text tab. In the Search text field, enter DeliveryAddress. Set Max error percentage to 20.

Add the search constraints

Click the Advanced tab. The Delivery Address field is in the upper third and the left third of the image. In the Advanced pre-search relations field, set this additional search constraint: look for the object in the left third and the upper third of the image. In the FlexiLayout language:

Verify the match

Match the FlexiLayout with the test images and confirm that FlexiLayout Studio detects the element on all the images where applicable.
To match the FlexiLayout with all the test images, use these shortcut keys:
  • Activate the Batch window.
  • Press Ctrl+A to select all pages.
  • Press Ctrl+E to match the FlexiLayout.
