This method returns the detected change as the TextChange object. If the change is not a text change, NULL is returned.

Result [out, retval] A pointer to ITextChange* pointer variable that receives the interface pointer to the returned TextChange object.

This method has no specific return values. It returns the standard return codes of ABBYY FineReader Engine functions.
