Value [in] This variable specifies the new type of the block. Only the following types are allowed: BT_Barcode, BT_Text, BT_RasterPicture, BT_VectorPicture. See the description of the BlockTypeEnum enumeration constants.

This method has no specific return values. It returns the standard return values of ABBYY FineReader Engine functions.
