Create the export profile

Open the Document Definition

  1. In the ABBYY FlexiCapture Project Setup Station, click Project → Document Definitions to open the list of Document Definitions available for the project.
  2. Select the Document Definition you want to specify new export settings for.
  3. Click Edit.

Start the export profile wizard

  1. Click Document Definition → Export Settings.
  2. Click Add.

Select the destination type

On the Select the Type of Destination step:
  1. Select Export to data files from the Type drop-down list.
  2. Select the Critical option.
  3. Select Errors are irrelevant from the Document condition drop-down list.
  4. Click Next.

Set the export path and file name

On the Export Data to Files step, make sure the Export path field is empty and specify a file name template. Click Next.

Select the data file format

On the Data File Format step, select the required output format in the File type field, and then click Next.

Name the export profile

Provide a name for the new export profile, and then click Finish.

Enable the export profile

In the Export Settings dialog box, select the Enabled box for the new export profile. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Publish the Document Definition

Save and close the Document Definition editor, and then click Publish.
