The ABBYY FlexiCapture Connector for Laserfiche lets you specify the path to a file and its name in Laserfiche.

Predefined tags

When you specify a path and name, you can use predefined tags, which are then replaced with data from the exported document. All the tags available in the Destination and File Naming Template dialog box are supported.

Tag	Use
`<Batch>`	Uses the name of the batch as the name of the folder.
`<IndexField:FullPath>`	Accesses the value of any index field in a document.
`<FolderPath>`	Sets the export path.
`<FileName>`	Sets the name of the file.

Conflict resolution rules

You can also specify what happens when a document has the same file name as an existing one.

Rule	Behavior
NewVersion	Checks in a new version, or overwrites the existing file if there is no versioning control.
NewName	Adds a unique suffix to the name of the new file.
