ABBYY FlexiCapture exports data based on the export profiles in the Document Definitions.
Add the connector assemblies to the Document Definition before you create an export profile. For more information, see Add the Pega connector assemblies to a Document Definition.

Create the export profile

1

Open the project

Open your ABBYY FlexiCapture project on the Project Setup Station or on the ABBYY FlexiCapture Administrator Station.
2

Open the Document Definition

  1. Click Project → Document Definitions to open the list of Document Definitions available for the project.
  2. Select the Document Definition you want to specify new export settings for.
  3. Click Edit.
3

Open the export settings

Click Document Definition → Export Settings.
4

Start the export profile wizard

Click Add.
5

Select the destination type

On the Select the Type of Destination step:
  1. Select Custom export (script) from the Type drop-down list.
  2. Select Errors are irrelevant in the Document condition field.
Leave the other settings unchanged, or modify them as described in Export settings.
6

Add the export script

On the Script Export step:
  1. Click Edit Script.
  2. Paste one of the two sample scripts into the script editor.
  3. Save the changes and close the script editor.
You can edit the script later.
7

Name the export profile

On the Select the Destination Name step, specify a name for your export profile, and then click Finish.
8

Enable the export profile

The new export profile appears in the list of available export profiles in the export settings dialog box. Select the box next to the profile in the Enabled column so that ABBYY FlexiCapture uses it at the export stage.
9

Publish the Document Definition

Click OK, and then save and close the Document Definition editor. Click Publish to publish your Document Definition.
If documents are being processed within the project at the time when you add your new export profile, update them to the latest version by pressing Alt+Shift+U or by selecting Update to Latest Version from their shortcut menu.

Sample scripts

Both sample scripts are in the ZIP archive that holds the connector files. They differ in where the export settings are stored.
